6 Months

Ava had her six month visit, it went well all things considered! She did have to get some shots, which were not fun but she is a tropper and hung in there pretty well. I think i had a harder time than she did, which is how it has been since she was born. It just breaks my heart to see her crying so hard. Ava weighed 16lbs and was 26 and a half inches. The doctor thought she is growing great and was very pleased.
We took Ava's 6 month old pictures today! I promise to upload them soon, they turned out so cute you will not want to miss them!

Happy Half Birthday!

Today we had a darling little get together for Ava's half birthday! My family came over and we had sandwich halves, half a cake and half a bowl of icecream! It was such a fun time! I cant believe my baby is 6 months already, where has time gone.

An exciting Update

Some very exciting news! Ava decided she was ready to roll over recently! She was 5 months and 6 days old. Ava has been trying for quite some time now, but finally did it at Grandmas house for the first time. We were very excited for her.
Ava is going for her six month check up soon. We weighed her at home the other day and she wieghed fifteen pounds and two ounces! She is getting to be quite a big girl.
